"I walked, I fell down, I wept, I laughed, I walked again and at one point, I stopped and stared at the sky and realized that Jesus was walking with me in every seasons and then I saw the light shining brighter as before. "
-Kryslen-

In one point or another, I came to question why people exists? I had this question since I was 9 or 12 while I was sitting in one corner in our church.
I don't know why people need to  live when it is better to just die and go to the heavens.
I believed in every word my teacher says, in our sunday school.
I believed that heaven and hell exists, that's why I came to fear the Lord above everything else.
I always believed that my parents talked to God and tell me how to live this world, and every thing they say, for me is the best thing that I need to do. I also feared my parents because of that thinking that God talked to them all the time.
I listened everything inside the church and I felt it was good to be good and that makes my parents and God happy.
As I grew older, I have seen rudeness of people inside and outside the church and I don't understand why? Really.
I never stopped going to church because I fear God and my father is a deacon and we always go to church every sunday and if I don't, I'll starve and grounded for a week.
Aside from all of these weirdness in my mind, I always talk to God everyday, ever since and He is always my friend, because I felt like the world was to huge to live.
But one thing my heart desires, that I will sing for the Lord. So, I joined choir but in seasons.

These things I kept in my heart and in my mind.

And then, I started to have friends and they are still my friends until now, so it's like 16 years of friendship. My life was so different and they were God's gift to me!. Because they are empowering ladies with passion of music and dancing and academic focused,  I am empowered also! One by one, we discovered talents together and we joined every competition we know. So my life was school, theatre, music and friends and since my parents were so busy in making a living, I just enjoyed the youthful life that was so good!. And I Praise God for the beautiful memories!.
I stopped going to church for 6 months, while I was having my intern outside the country at the age of 17. And went back to the Philippines and found my church again. :)
As time flies, people graduated and travel the world, looking for job and everything. I thought that was the end of so could "Music life". So, I focused on my career, dreams and whatever independence could offer. I met people with different personalities and culture, I decided things on my own, where to live, where to go and I still ask God to guide me in all of these things.
Wherever I go, I always look for a church, every place I stepped in for a living until, life was so busy and really can't even go to church again and again and again.

But there was this experience, where I watched these hillsong, Doen Moen, Jayesslee and planetshakers live at Singapore. Something happened and I can't forget, with a question of, how to be like them? Did God talked to them?. There was a power in that worship and I was so amazed with the crowd of 6000 plus people, crying and singing and raising their hands. And as a Baptist, I really don't understand what's happening with these people.
So, I went back to Philippines after a month and I started to listen to these worship songs and it felt so real to me. I played my guitar and sing until dawn and still that question kept on reminding me, of how to be like them?.
And after a years of working inside and out of the country looking for my life's purpose. I lost track, I lost in the world, I lost my way, was lost with the crowd.
came to a point where, I got sick and so tired living, and found myself crying at the bus on my way home to my flat. And I told God, I want to go home, I am giving up my life again and all the possessions and years of searching for an answer. So, after a week, I got paralyzed and went back to my hometown.
May things happened, but one thing I am sure! God walked with me in every season. As I stayed for a year staring blankly at the ceiling, worshipping at 3am, reading God's word, seeking and praying and fasting, looking for answers.

The Lord answered me through dreams. I thought it was the effect of many medicines and reading too much that even in my dreams, I was chased by scriptures. I kept this in my heart and in my mind. Everything I dreamt and seen was wrote in the paper. In a series of unexpected time, the Lord was talking to me as I was talking to Him and there was power filled in me that made me wants to know Jesus more!

And now, the mouth that couldn't speak started to utter words, the praying in secrets started to be known, and music started to shake the passion of worship in me. Maybe for others, it normal but for me, it is a Miracle! After years of holding back,  the dreams starting to come to life! One by one, accompanied by many hardships that only few trusted people know.
There is more and more to come! The greater the trials, the greater the victory, in Christ Jesus!
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Psalms 23:4.
